Armchair Travellers

in de tekst opzet is bewust gekozen voor "de leunstoel" als synoniem voor hoe wij de wereld tot ons laten komen, deze bekijken en beleven. Het vraagt de aandacht te beseffen wat onze "King Size Luxery" tot gevolgen heeft. Steeds dichter komen we bij het gevoel van een "dunne lijn" die zou kunnen breken. Het zet je aan het denken, over wat je zelf doet en wat je kunt doen, want ook jij bent een van die Armchair Travellers.

Everybody knows, 
That we are the one.. that can mend the thin line
Any other way, 
You and everyone… will just fade in time.

We are the Armchair travelers
In our king-size chair we see,
The Human Planet.. and we stare…

to see them world-wide travelers
there unique variety
awakes the feeling: “to take care”

a feast of beauty, beyond compare 
oh, it’s our affair

Cause to much Nature has declined
for our King-size luxury
why don’t we see the “wakening signs”

if we don’t turn around the tide
it won’t take much fantasy
Cause we are walking the thin-line

And I can’t help it, to sit and stair
And think it over, my own affair…
